Overall, this app functions well enough for my purposes, but it’s clear that it is a phone app and was not more comprehensively designed for a tablet. We’re so sorry for the recent frustration you’ve experienced with Regions Mobile Deposit. I have never had any issues with it before. I have depended on this app for a long time now and it has usually been excellent. I have tried finding the right people to contact to help me fix this for the past three weeks, and this is the only other way I can think of to get in touch with the right people to fix this issue. I work from 7-5 every day during the week and cannot physically make it to the bank to deposit my checks. Of course they can’t see any deposit attempts, IT WONT LET ME SELECT THE OPTION TO DEPOSIT. Unfortunately, every person I have contacted was unable to understand my issue stating they couldn’t see any deposit attempts. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times and have also reached out to regions to try to fix the problem. It always says, “Unable to process request at this time”.
